Green Bee Honey

Well you never know what you are going to find on a Sunday morning dog walk.

Walking through Cannon Hill Common and find a gathering of people enjoying, coffee, pizza’s cake and biscuits at the Raynes Park artisan market I was immediately attracted to a stall with lovely looking pots of honey, Green Bee Honey.

I love stories and this is a very “sweet” storey, talking to delightful Joanna I found out that the honey comes from a small single estate beekeeper in a medieval forest in Poland.

The hives are moved regularly to ensure the best timings for the flower blooms, which means each pot of honey will have a distinct colour, texture and taste, and believe me it is delicious.

And a new entry is the Surrey Honey entirely natural but unfortunately there is not a lot of it
Online or at the Raynes Park artisan market every weekend.
