This summer saw the launch of winebound, a multifaceted wine business based in London and created by hospitality marketing manager and wine host Fabio Adler.
In its first phase, winebound is focusing on;
→ Private Tastings [both in-person and online]
→ Wine Experiences at Restaurants, Pub & Bars (currently only for groups of up to 6 guests)
→ A boutique wine delivery service
→ Pop Up Shops
→ Editorial
Fabio has an ambitious 5-year business plan for winebound, with new developments being added every year, until it reaches its full potential: a truly accessible, multilateral and profitable platform entirely dedicated to the appreciation and enjoyment of wine.
Fabio says: “My goal is to create a wine business that is inclusive, informative but unconventional. I will deliberately not use expressions such as “wine education”, “wine expert”, “wine specialist” which I believe are hierarchical, and so ingrained in the UK wine industry. Instead, I will prefer to use expressions such as “wine host” and “wine communicator”.
winebound is designed to appeal to everyone who is curious about wine and want to expand on their knowledge, as they might enjoy wine even more!
